Pandiculation. In since 1680.

Herman Boerhaave, the founder of clinical medicine got it. He knew that pandiculation could set the muscles to rest.

Yet he and so many others were looking at yawning when someday we may come to find out that yawning can and does happen when we consciously pandiculate.



We can consciously change our body to more optimal health using our brain.
