Un-exercise using the brain

Instead of pushing weights, jumping jacks, conditioning exercises, etc, is there something missing from the entire picture?

Could we use the brain to un-lock muscular stiffness and un-do held muscular tension?

Exercise recovery happens when we un-exercise using the brain to reset our self back to comfortable levels so we can get back out there and play again.

Somatics Exercises
